Couples & Dating Workshops

Couples typically wait an average of six years from the first sign of trouble to seek help

Imagine waiting 6 years to seek treatment for a serious illness. Please don’t wait until the relationship has weathered about as many storms as it can. You can drastically change the way you relate to one another with simple strategies that are proven to be effective through decades of research, even some published by Doc B!

The Couples Communication and Conflict Resolution Seminar contains all of the elements of the Seven Principles of Making Relationships Work and includes a much deeper dive into understanding the motivations beneath the behaviors during conflict. It is informed by a number of leading treatments for trauma for individuals and couples.

Both groups are perfect for:

  • Dating Couples
  • Pre-Engaged Couples (Those considering engagement or marriage)
  • Cohabitating Couples
  • Engaged or Premarital Couples
  • Married Couples
  • Senior Couples
  • Veteran Couples
  • Couples who are happy but want to improve communication and understanding

Seven Principles of Making Relationships Work Workshop

The Seven Principles of Making a Marriage Work workshop is intended to help you develop new insights and evidence-based relationship skills that are proven to dramatically improve the friendship, closeness, and intimacy in your relationship. It is designed to build skills of conflict resolution in a healthy, productive, and effective way.
